We are aware of the unavoidable impact this pandemic is having on day-to-day life.
We are in full support of the government policies in place and the encouragement of 'social distancing' to slow the pace of the spread.
Due to the unprecedented situation that we find ourselves in presently, our business will operate in a limited capacity until further notice. It would be impossible for us to trade as normal while adhering to the current advice emanating from the various Government departments.
In light of recent developments, we wanted to let you know about the steps we have taken and will continue to take to help keep our customers and staff safe and also how we plan to play our part in slowing the spread of this virus.
We will continue to follow the guidance provided by our Government and the World Health Organisation as the situation around the Covid-19 Coronavirus continues to evolve, we will continue to update our policies and actions.
Our store will remain open however we are reducing our opening hours.
From 18/3/20 until further notice we will open daily from 11am - 4pm.
Our staff will take the below measures and we politely ask that you also do so:
• Wash hands, at a minimum of every 30 minutes
• Maintaining good respiratory hygiene by coughing or sneezing into tissues or elbows
•Self-isolate if symptoms are present or have been in direct contact and maintained contact with an infected person(s)
• Take all action as advised by the Government and WHO
In addition to this, we’re cleaning and disinfecting;
• Tills, countertops & other surfaces
• Our chip and pin unit
• All door handles
• All phones
We are aware that demands for certain health, fitness and leisure products has and will increase more in the coming days. We have worked into the night to build and launch a new online store to help facilitate these local needs. Whilst it's not perfect just yet, it is functional and safe and new products and improvements will be made on a daily basis. You will have the ability to order online and have delivered to your home or collect in-store.
We are also reaching out to our suppliers to help improve our range of home fitness accessories & equipment that we can offer to our loyal customers. We are hoping to have access to an increased range of weight training, cardio and resistance equipment and accessories.

Our in house printing, embroidery and clothing supply will continue to operate mainly behind closed doors. Our sister companies Marx Corporate & Stash Inc. will be operating via a combination of remote and office working. They will be able to take and process orders as normal via email and telephone and if required physical meetings can be arranged if required and all parties are healthy, otherwise, online meetings, video conferencing and samples can all be arranged.
We are open, and as a small family-run independent business we really appreciate and rely on your support.
