Personalised Items Cannot Be Returned
Items that have been personalised — including custom printed or embroidered clothing — cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Please double-check sizing before ordering. Use the size guides on product pages or contact us for exact measurements before placing your order.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
Yes. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange provided the item is returned in its original condition, including all swing tickets and original packaging. Download our returns form here and include it with your parcel.
Can personalised items be returned?
No. Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This includes any item that has been printed, embroidered, or otherwise customised. Please ensure you order the correct size — refer to our size guides or get in touch before ordering if you’re unsure.
What condition must items be returned in?
All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all swing tags and original packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
How do I return an item?
Download and complete our returns form, include it with your item, and send it back to us at our store address: Style N Sport, 20 Church Street, Ballymena, BT43 6DE. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
