Description

Yoga bolsters are used for support in many yoga asanas, which helps to prevent you from overstretching and increase stability in meditation or restorative yoga. They can also be used in the same way for various kinds of physiotherapy, or simply as pillows or cushions around the home. The Mini Buckwheat Yoga Bolster is around half the size of a standard round bolster, which makes it a useful alternative to vary the amount of support provided and better suited to certain yoga poses or body types.

The yoga bolster pillow is filled with natural and biodegradable buckwheat hulls, which are a sustainable product. You can customise the firmness of your bolster by removing hulls to better support the contours of your body. The outer cover is made from 100% cotton in a range of colours/patterned designs and can be removed for convenient washing. Like all our bolsters, it features a convenient carry handle which, in combination with its smaller size and light weight, makes this bolster particularly portable for taking to and from your yoga class or yoga retreats.
